The Standard edition has been designed for Bed and Breakfast accommodation, the Advanced edition for Guest Houses, and the Professional edition for Hotels. GuestMaster does it all - honestly The GuestMaster software packages include a fully integrated reservation booking system with infinite time scale, a customer invoicing system, and easy-to-use management 3D graphs. The software does not have any limits in it, for example, on the number of resources or rooms you can have. Fully upgradeable to higher editions The Professional edition of GuestMaster, for example, can provide 54 different financial reports. With Add-On modules, it can even integrate with your telephone system to put customer’s phone calls directly on to their invoices, or integrate with cash tills in your bars - depending on the type of equipment you are using, of course, etc. You can even put together a fully networkable system with GuestMaster on many different PC’s all working together. One Year’s Upgrades package with Technical Support If you purchase the One Year’s Upgrades package when you register GuestMaster you will get all GuestMaster software upgrades, whether major or minor, free for a whole year. Quick to set up and easy for staff to use Based on the internationally accepted Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP graphical user interface, the system is simple to use, with easy simple mouse driven push buttons. On the GuestMaster CD there is a whole range of “Talking Tutors”, which are, sit-and-watch narrated videos with detailed training on all aspects of the program, from setup to everyday use. With GuestMaster you can change any setting anytime you wish. The customisation of GuestMaster is a quick and simple procedure using wizards. GuestMaster has been made for users with little or no previous computer experience. Add-On Modules Overview All Add-On modules, except the Internet module, require the Professional edition of GuestMaster. They can be purchased at any time and added on to your existing GuestMaster system. Network module Each Network module allows you to have GuestMaster on one other PC and for everyone to use the same database at the same time. You can have up to 20 network modules all together, depending on the Systems used. Each user is totally independent and can fully use the GuestMaster system. For remote offices the Network module can be used with high-speed communications link between the offices, for example ADSL communications. With a high-speed link, depending of course on phone line conditions, you can access a GuestMaster database, on a PC anywhere in the world easily. This form of communications uses a Virtual Private Network that is a feature built into later versions of Windows. EPOS module This module allows you to integrate, Uniwell UX7000 and Geller Vectron EPOS compatible tills, giving very simple billing information. It also integrates with the Sharp EPOS 5700/5900 giving comprehensive billing information and analysis. These would be used, for example, as the cash tills in the Bar or Restaurant. Your EPOS hardware may need to be configured for use with GuestMaster. Controls module This module allows you to integrate with specialist building heating controls systems. PABX module This module integrates the telephone systems with GuestMaster. This allows customers phone calls to be put directly onto their invoices. Also reports can be printed that detail all the calls that are made by any phone extension. This module is very advanced and has many features, for example, the Housekeeping feature that allows the housekeepers to dial a special number on the bedroom phone and have GuestMaster updated when a room has been cleaned and is ready for use. Your PABX hardware may need to be configured for use with GuestMaster. Postcode module This module allows you to type in a UK postcode and it will return the customers basic address details. This works for UK postcodes only, some international postcode databases are available on our web site. Please note, it is a requirement of the Royal Mail, that if you do not renew you postcode module annually, it will cease to function. Internet module This new module allows live bookings to be taken in real time directly from the Internet. This has never been done before at such a competitive price. The customer goes to your own web site and clicks a hyper link that takes them to our secure OnlineLive web site. Here we present your current availability and they can make bookings directly.
